Encore Dining

Anyone know exactly what dining venues are on this ship? I am hoping Le Bistro, Cagney's, and Ocean Blue/Bayamo.  Anywhere I can find out this information?

So far under my reservation there is no place to make reservations even with the

notation that it is too soon to book. So I am assuming they haven't announced

that yet.

[Sand and Seas]

I'm hoping they will add Los Lobos like on the Bliss (and Dawn).    Also enjoyed Q on the Bliss, but of the two would like Los Lobos more.
