Go Kart Race Track...free?

I see on some of the ships there is a Go Kart Race Track.  Does anyone know if it's free and what is the age limit to race?

Race Track:

Height requirements: Minimum 1.40m or 55”, Maximum 2.00m or 79”. Shoes must cover toes and ankle (no flip flops). Loose clothing is not allowed. No age minimum, guests only must adhere to height requirements. Long hair must be tied back and hide inside helmet. Drug and alcohol consumption before driving are strictly prohibited. Persons with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, spinal injuries or pregnant are not recommended to participate.

Price is now $15 up from $9 ...... Kart speeds are controlled up or down. Fun once but it becomes a huge waste of space on deck after that.
