Djptcp Posted May 31, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 31, 2019 Kind of a silly question since this will be our 10th HAL cruise. I guess we have always paid the cruise in full at booking before, but I have one HAL cruise booked where we just paid a deposit and I want to make the final payment. When I go to Manage My Bookings, I just do not see anywhere to make that final payment. I did a search on the HAL website, but none of the responses said where to do it. Djptcp Posted May 31, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted May 31, 2019 I logged in and went to Already Booked. I selected which reservation (I have two booked and that was paid in full at booking). OK, so I saw Make Payment (didn't notice that before as I went right to Manage My Bookings) and clicked on that. It took me right to the same screen as Manage My Bookings and I still didn't see where to make a payment. I made the booking through a HAL agent, not a travel agent. Guess I'll give HAL a call. kevingastreich Posted June 1, 2019 #10 Share Posted June 1, 2019 I tried to get on the site to see how much we've already paid, how much we owe, final payment date etc. and the option is NOT available for one cruise but it is for the other....of course NOT the cruise I'm trying to look at though.
