How can I get our Roll Call showing on the main page?

My wife and I are booked on the Encore on May 31st, 2020.  When I went to look for our Roll Call on the Encore Listings for May 2020, it appears its the only one not listed.  I started a new thread on the generic Encore page, but its not getting any traction, I'm assuming because its just not listed on the main page.  Is there any way to get this set up?

My apologies if this isn't the appropriate way to ask, but I couldn't find any other ways.  Please feel free to delete if not appropriate.

Hi Beardface,

In fact, because your questions are not specific to NCL but rather involve how to use the message boards, they belong in the Need Help forum, and this thread may get moved there.   But here's what you need to know.

First, the Roll Call that you started for your Encore cruise is in fact on the first page right now for all the Encore Roll Calls.  I located it in an instant.   Roll Call, like any other threads, may come and go from the first screen depending on how active they are.  Know that it is against CC rules to post on a thread just to "bump" it back to the main page.

If you are not finding your Roll Call when  you use the Roll Call finder tool, it's probably because you did not type the date of your cruise in the format that the tool sees, which in your case would be:  May 31, 2020.  You can email the CC Help desk to flag that problem for them:

Help@cruisecritic.com

It can also take a day or so for a new Roll Call to be "found" by the finder tool.

I hope that helps.

Well yes, the thread I created is on the main generic Roll Call Thread page for the Encore, but there is no dedicated page for the May 31, 2020 sailing.  Like you would see here by finding it here

Right now, on the May 2020 Roll Calls page, it only shows the first 4 sailings, and is missing the one for the 31st.

And also, thanks for the suggestion.  I opened another thread on the Needs Help forum as well.
