Breakaway Deck 9 balconies-Waterfront?

Hello all-I’ve never sailed NCL and am considering a deck 9 Balcony on the Breakaway (near aft elevators). I see it is just above the “Waterfront” area. Can anyone who has been on NCL Breakaway deck 9 comment on whether the Waterfront area obstructs the view or otherwise causes issues (noise, smoke, etc.)? The other option is deck 8 forward which appears to be right over the theater. Any input appreciated!

This is the view from our deck 14 balcony looking down. If you look left of the lifeboats you see the railing along the waterfront. As you can see only a few feet from the railing the waterfront is covered by the white roof. From a deck 9 balcony I doubt you can see the railing due to the angle.

I've stayed on deck 9 many times. There is a white tin roof under the balcony for deck 8 waterfront not sure if it goes all the way aft as I've stayed mid ship. Noise not a problem even directly over the starboard side bar and smoking is no longer allowed on deck 8.
