Grand Turk for non beach people

We just got routed to Grand Turk in place of Cuba and we are not beach people.  

Any ideas for things to do in Grand Turk that aren't the beach for couples?

We love to enjoy local food/beverages, explore the towns, etc.

Take a taxi tour of the island and have them drop you of in Cockburntown.  Have lunch at the Sandbar on the deck outside.
