Has anyone used Jaital for excursions?

I'm specifically looking to use them for Montego Bay. I asked on the Jamaica board but no one ever replies there. If you've used them would you recommend them?

New Company?  I couldn't see any reference to them on Jamaica and noticed your post has no replies so will leave here to see if anyone responds?

Thank you! They've been around 15 years, I think. My posts never seem to get replies there. Everyone on this board is always very helpful.

While we did not actually get to take our excursion with Jaital (due to hurricane Maria) I can tell you that they were prompt in refunding our deposit when I contacted them.  I read some good reviews for them before I originally booked.

We used Jaital about a year ago in Ocho Rios for a Dunns excursion.  Great excursion - great price - picked us up on time and back to ship as scheduled -  English speaking.  We had a great experience.

 

I would use them again.
