Heather1972 Posted June 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2019 Blue Lagoon - Can someone please explain Royal Caribbean's pricing to me? I've been to Blue Lagoon twice with NCL and their beach and lunch package was much cheaper than Royal Caribbeans's which is priced at $94. Then I see Royal Caribbean's sting ray and beach package and well I guess no lunch is $59. Scratches head, couldn't I just get the stingray/beach package and buy lunch on the island for less than $94 total? What am I missing here? RocCruisers Posted June 11, 2019 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2019 What's the definition of much cheaper? It may be simply supply and demand. High demand- higher prices. There may be a discount on your cruise planner sometime too.
Heather1972 Posted June 19, 2019 Author #4 Share Posted June 19, 2019 NCL - Blue Lagoon with Lunch $69 ROYAL - Blue Lagoon with Lunch $94. Yes, I would say NCL's much cheaper. No explanation from Royal as to why sting ray tour and Blue Lagoon with no lunch is $59.
RocCruisers Posted June 19, 2019 #5 Share Posted June 19, 2019 Our December Celebrity cruise to Nassau shows $129 for Blue Lagoon. Yikes! For us, with no kids, we might try RIU or Melia or Warwick. If you're on RCL, I'm sure they want you to take advantage of Coco Cay more than having another beach day on Nassau.
kmsnyg Posted June 21, 2019 #6 Share Posted June 21, 2019 Just booked Blue Lagoon for 69.99 today on Royal. So price went down for our sailing.

I bought the stingray package and just walked to the beach as it was cheaper. The animal packages also include the inflatable park - which the kids loved! Quite a few jelly fish in the water though... We were just there 2 days ago.
Marie51 Posted June 30, 2019 #9 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Is there any place that sells the blue Lagoon beach day without lunch? Not interested in doing the stingray packages as we have done that twice already.
