Price drop question

Our 12/1 VIP casino cruise just dropped in price and travel agent is closed on Sunday so cannot reach. Anybody had any luck getting reduction in price or upgraded cabin without losing OBC/casino perks, etc.? Cancelling and rebooking is out of the question due to large obc and casino perks since that deal has expired. I am willing to pay some for an upgrade if necessary.

My larger concern would be a major problem occurring on a Sunday and having no one to contact at my TA’s office.
