Non-alcoholic Bev PKG....ever on sale on board?

My sister wants the non-alcoholic Beverage pkg.....should we purchase it before we sail or wait til on board.....do they go on sale ever??  Can u negotiate price on board??

I've never heard of negotiating the price once on board.  I would not expect to be able to do that.  

 

As to sales, they come and go on a pretty random basis.  I would buy the package and if you see a cheaper price before you sail you can cancel and re-book at the lower price.
