Post cruise telephone number or email for issues? (other than reg cust serv)

I know there is the standard US Cust Serv number, however does anyone know of any email addresses or phone numbers to get someone from US HQ in FL to legitimately address or at least listen to concerns/feedback? We just got back from a YC Seaside sailing, while it really was an overall amazing week, we had a MJAOR issue with one employee and service that really needs to be addressed.  The Manager on board was not receptive to the feedback and was more concerned with getting to a zero count when I tried to address it on our debarkation morning.

Does MSC not do a post cruise survey (either paper or online)?

Yes, an email will arrive a few days after you finish your cruise. You can use the blank comments areas to make any and all complaints, and other things that you have to relay to MSC management. They do read these surveys!!

We were on our first (4) MSC cruises in April and May and received only one survey after the first or second and that was from the travel agent

There is also a link at the bottom of the official MSC website.  One is Comment link and the other is a Survey link.  Hope this helps.  I saw this today as I was looking for a contact number for an email issue.
