NCLH OBC Request - Delays?

Anyone experiencing delays in getting their OBC applied to their account for being shareholders? 

 

I'm on my 11th business day since requesting. I don't ever seem to recall it taking so long. On our November cruise, I heard within 48 hours. All others within a week. I do have a Case Number (always cracks me up that when the case number comes, it says you'll be contacted within 24 business hours... Has never happened for me 🤔). 

 

Just wondering if others are running into the same thing.

Norwegian installed a new computer system a few weeks ago.  There still seems to be a number of unresolved glitches.

I've also heard/read that they're having major issues re-working the cancelled Cuba cruises.  

 

We submitted a claim for a hotel credit almost a month ago & are still waiting.

Just wondering since I put in for ours a couple of days ago and only received a case number.

Usually they approve us the next business day.
