There is a website called "Events at Sea"; its URL is http://www.cruisejunkie.com/events.html

 

How complete the information is, I don't know. It is an interesting site, but specializes in negative cruise line news.

 

I think with some exploring on the CDC website, one might find out about any recent illness outbreaks aboard cruise ships. Medical personnel aboard the ships are supposed to report to the CDC if a certain "level" of illness occurs within the passenger and/or crew complement.
