However, if the OP would take the effort to pull out his contract, it will clearly state how much OBC and other Oceania provided perks they will be receiving. We have a cruise booked in 2021 already. Exactly - if the cruise was booked while OP was not near Silver then the OBC may not be correct (or up to date). It would be correct if the OP had already completed enough cruises to become Silver on their next cruise at the time of booking this cruise.
