We took a cruise last year on the Norwegian Jewel and found that the sun deck on deck 15 was topless-friendly. Does anyone know if the sun deck on the Norwegian Star also allows topless sunbathing?

No, unfortunately the JEWEL is the only NCL ship with the freestyle topless friendly deck.

You don't have to go up to that deck if that offends you. It would not be out in the open for everyone to see. It is just like TV and radio, if you don't like it turn it off. Don't spoil everyone elses fun who enjoys it.
