C&A status for partner

I am trying to find out how it works as for a partner, I have a new partner and just booked our first cruise (she has never been on one). I am D+ on royal and would love to have her with me in the lounge as she is my partner. How does that work ? I know you cant just bring in random friends that travel with you but I remmber reading somewhere if its a partner etc you can get them your status.

Yes you partner can share your status.  Call C&A and update.

You both must have the same residence address and declare your parter your significant other.
