When does the booking dining reservation times open?

120 out for Non-Haven

Prime time dining will sell out quickly, so booking at the 120 day mark is important.

Is there a way to find out what the menu is for the MDRs that far out?  I'd like to know what days in which the MDR will have items that I wouldn't mind skipping.
