can i switch vifp offers on the same sailing

i am booked currently under a last minute casino rate i see i can pay an additional 100.00 and get a hot streak vifp offer can i switch just the casino deal without penalty as long i am not changing date or ship

Depends on your previous booking promotion. Just call Carnival, assuming you booked directly with them, and ask. Working with your PVP is even better. I have been able to switch rate codes even with restrictive bookings before.
