titanraven Posted July 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2019 I booked a Dec 2019 cruise on Breakaway and used two CruiseNext Certificates. If I cancel, will the cruise next certificates be returned to my account? I am on hold waiting for NCL guest services so I did a search on CC and did not get any results for this specific question. Thank you
Rare PTC DAWG Posted July 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Yes, they should have the same expiration date as before.
titanraven Posted July 8, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted July 8, 2019 (edited) Thank you, I did get Customer Service (not guest services) who had to search for an answer. She did confirm your response. JC5240 Posted July 8, 2019 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Yep, they'll be returned to you - it's not immediate, though. They usually end up back in your account in 48 - 72 hours.

tomk3212 Posted July 9, 2019 #8 Share Posted July 9, 2019 Yes they'll be returned to your account with the same expiration date they had previously. However given NCL's existing computer & customer service issues it may take awhile...
Nola26 Posted July 9, 2019 #9 Share Posted July 9, 2019 I canceled in 2018 and it wasn't a matter of request, I was refunded back to my certificate then the rest less all penalties.
