Caesars discount with NCL?

I am at Diamond level with Caesars and pulled up the offer from NCL which says we get 20% off bookings. ( https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards/tr-partners/norwegian-cruise-line )

 

So I called the number listed on the Caesars website for NCL casino and went thru the process and instead of 20% off the cruise fare...they guy took $20 off the cruise fare. Am I missing something? Yes, the fare is a sailaway inside on a 5 day cruise. The discount should have been about $100. Anyone have experience with this discount?

I responded to your other thread but the NCF is not calculated into the discount but your $300 admin fee seems very high but that can be due to the section you pulled the info from on NCL’s site, a breakdown off of your confirmation from NCL would be better helpful for me to break down the amounts for you.
