No problem.I will keep updating as I find new info. Note that the Rarotonga satellite only submits visible light images during daytime. At night, it switches to infra red.

Once again, The TP is headed today to Roratonga. Conditions are good for the next cruise to reach this destination also. Conditions are improving in the area. A higher pressure window is expected over Tahiti tomorrow.

 

Tropical Storm Boletese is too far away to effect TP. Tropical storm Jim is expected to die out within the next few days due to upper atmosphere shere and cooler sea temperatures in its current SE path.

 

Several tropical depressions exist in the area, but conditions are currently not favorable for large scale development. Thus, happy cruising!

The TP is currently at anchor off of Moorea. The skies are heavily overcast.

Beautiful day in parasdise. For the first time in weeks, no major fronts over the French Society Islands and no Low Pressure system... just warm weather with clear skies. Rarotonga, on the otherhand, is getting clouds and rain from a nearby low.
