Reflection dock in dublin?

Does anyone know how Reflection docking in Dublin works? Google shows the Eclipse docked at Ocean Pier 33, so to get out of the port area it would be a nasty and narrow industrial and construction walk north on Branch Rd, and west on Alexander to E. Wall Rd. We want to get to The Point train station off E Wall Rd. Would Celeb have shuttles to get out of the port? Thx.

If it is the industrial dock that we spent two days and one night at last year, this is also an industrial and agricultural port.

We had to avoid walking on cow waste while waiting for our tour to pick us up.  That might not be the typical experience, but no one could walk out of the port.  Our ship had a shuttle into town which most people took.  Others called for a cab;  taxis do not simply appear as at some ports.

I looked into ordering a taxi to pick us up for our cruise later this year.  Probably possible, but pricey.
