Need to print Diamond status

We are both Diamond plus, wife never logs on to rccl site but has a rccl number , does anyone know how to print off status on rccl site to qualify for matching status on msc? Thanks

We displayed the C&A summary screen, did a screen print to PDF, and emailed that to MSC.

Nowadays it is to gold status.  When I did MSC status match in 2017 it was to black status.

Yes travel agent got mine last year and I got black, now I believe it’s gold but most of the same perks, I got a ten percent discount because I am a vet , I found doc from last cruise and hopefully that’s good and I think we still have sea pass, when I go summary screen I only see mine . Black and gold give you 5 percent off and other perks
