Grand Turk question

Our cruise is on the Breeze in Feb 2020.  We will be in port 12-6pm.  I am interested in taking the Ray, Conch and Reef snorkel tour at the Grand Turk port through Carnival.  I hope to get the first time slot 12:15-2:45.  Does the time frame include travel time or just actual excursion time?  Will we be able to spend time on the beach after the excursion?  What time does it start to get dark during Feburary?

Also, if I purchase the excursion now and the price decreases (hoping for a black friday sale) will they adjust the price?

The excursion time includes travel time.  If they were only going up to "The Wall" it's not that far.  But the excursion and reviews read as if they head over to Gibbs Cay on the East Side of GT.  So that takes a little longer.  The reef out from Boaby Point is not as good as the Wall, and appears that seeing rays is catch as catch can.

If me, I'd look for another snorkeling excursion, like the 2 reef snorkel.
