Shuttle for large group

Is there a shuttle company anyone recommends that will take a large group from MSY to a Riverfront Hotel? I'm talking 16 people if that helps. Thanks!

From a pure cost perspective you'd be best just splitting into smaller groups and taking an UberXL from the airport. 

 

If you wanted everyone together, my company has used Louisiana Motor Coach for some events in the past. They have large busses and mini busses. They charge garage to garage so for a trip like this it will be fairly expensive-- I think the mini bus we had for a pickup at MSY to the Ritz in the French Quarter was somewhere in the $700 range.

Have not used. I mean it cant be that bad-- its a short ride. The worst case scenario is that you are in an older, noisy van for 30 minutes. 

 

We could only use a handful of vendors because it was a corporate event and they had to carry significant amounts of insurance and the vehicles couldn't be older than a certain age so it ruled out all but the most expensive options.

I just booked with Alert Transportation.  It ended up being $20 per person but it is a private shuttle from the airport to our hotel.  We will be in a 14-passenger mini bus with luggage transfer as well.  I contacted them directly through their website.
