Where can I make dinner reservations as soon as I Board  the ship?

In the Atrium, deck 7, next to Guest Services.  There should be someone there with all of the menus from the various venues.

Also up in the Garden Cafe.  At least there was someone there the last time we were on the Gem.

 

You can also sign up at the restaurant(s) themselves up until the lifeboat/safety drill.

 

Am not sure if the NCL app works on the Jewel class ships yet. It didn't when we were on the Jade a couple of years ago.  Someone who's been on the Gem more recently can speak to that.

In the past I have seen them set up a table at the port, look for a table in the waiting area.
