Conquest -- pools/jacuzzis open when you board?

Hello Conquest lovers!

We're going on the 8/29 sailing. I am one of those folks who likes to plan as much as possible, and I was wondering -- are the pools & jacuzzis open when you board, or do they wait until later -- cleaning, etc.?

We just returned from the Conquest on 4-19, we found it strange but the main pool and the jacuzzies were open while we were in port before we ever set sail from NOLA.
