FLcruisergrl Posted August 17, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2019 I always reserve our cruises online. For our December cruise, my husband, me, our daughter, and my mom will be in an aft penthouse. My husband is the primary person on the reservation and I always book myself as passenger 2 and my mother and daughter as 3 and 4. For some reason on the December reservation, as well as our March 2020 reservation, the NCL system changes the order and puts my mom 2nd and me 3rd. Not a big deal for the March cruise because we all fall under the now defunct open bar on the Sun. But for December, this gives my mom the drinks and dining packages, which we had intended for me. Am I able to switch our places on the reservation? Do I have to call NCL (trying to avoid spending a long time on hold) or can this be done when checking in at the port? If I have to call, can I do it any time before sailing or do I have to do it before the final payment deadline? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
