Booked 14 day Journey cruise on the Breeze for Nov 2019.  Decided to book a b2b for Breeze and had to book super saver for third week.  When should I get my room assignment.  It is now past final payment date.

I want to do check in, if I do print documents the luggage tags say room TBA.  How does my luggage get delivered?

You wait bigdave.  Most likely the cabin will be assigned a couple weeks before the cruise.

This late in the game I’d be shocked if the same room was available.

I suggest calling Carnival and give them the 3 booking numbers and see if they can arrange you to have the same room. They'll be able to move around other TBA people.
