P&O's 'cruise of the week'

I've never really took any notice before, but what is  P&O's 'cruise of the week'.  Is it a selection of cruises they have reduced for the week, a selection of cruises they have inflated the price for a week, or is it just a random selection of cruises they want to highlight, and the price is no different?
