Celebrity Next Cruise Option on Guarantee Rooms

I have sailed on Royal and used their program to my advantage.  This is the first time I have done it with Celebrity and had a question.

 

I was going to book a GTY Suite for a Vancouver to LAX cruise in October while onboard my shortened Allure sailing Wednesday.  From the PDF it looks like a GTY room does not qualify for the 250.00 OBC if I would have chosen a Sky suite it would Qualify.  

 

Is this correct?
