Joy connecting balcony rooms

Does anyone know where the connecting doors would be on a balcony room on the Joy?  Anyone have pictures?  Does the door take away anything from the room like the couch or closets?

Doesn't take away from anything. You can go to YouTube and search for "Norwegian Breakaway Connecting Balcony" and see videos of where the door is. Here's one.

The BA Plus ships (Escape, Joy, Bliss, Encore) have deeper side balconies than the equivalent on the BA ships (Breakaway, Getaway). 

 

For the most part,  a standard connecting balcony stateroom on Joy will have the same size balcony as a standard non-connecting balcony stateroom. There are some deeper balconies but those are usually priced higher. There are a few angled balconies which are slightly larger than standard and a few "secret" balconies that are larger than standard even though they are the same price as standard.
