Dec 2019- Tortola snorkeling cruise ship offerings

We are looking at the options from Celebrity Edge in December for snorkeling in Tortola:

1/2 Day Snorkel to Norman Island/Cooper Island

Virgin Gorda Baths & Snorkel

Norman Island Snorkeling

We prefer a Catamaran. If anyone knows if any of these are on a catamaran, or has been on any of these, would love to hear the reviews.

We are moderate swimmers/snorkelers, we don't like to dive down, we like to bob on the top.

We’ve not been out on any of these cruise ship excursions, but perhaps you can get more details on each from past Celebrity reviews? But most daysails are indeed cats, the BVI are one of the cat capitals of the Carib! I can tell you there are some excellent independent shared daysail operators who cater to day visitors and offer great snorkel trips. These include Aristocat, Kuralu, and Patouche...

Hello!  When in December are you there?  We're booked on a shared charter on Fri Dec 13 tour with Aristocat Charters, and are looking for others to join!  They need a minimum of 10 to go.  The tour departs from Village Cay Marina (next to the cruise ship dock) at 9:30AM and returns at 4PM.  Our itinerary is Norman Island and The Indians for a day of snorkeling and fun (even some sea turtles!)

If you are interested, check them out!

Happy sailing!
