Just got off Allure of th Seas

Diamond drinks were available during happy hours at any bar,lounge, or main dining room. 

is it the same on Explorer of the Seas?

Also there was a complimentary latte/cappachino machine on Allure. Is there one in Explorer?

Yes and yes.

 

Diamond drinks at venues other than the Diamond Lounge are limited to 3 per night.
