The cruise I have booked for June 2020 went down $215.  If I call to get the lower price, do they cancel the beverage package I purchased and make me purchase again at the now price, or do I get to keep it?

If your beverage package came with your original booking you may lose it if the terms/promo are different when you rebook.  If you rebook to get the lower price you should be told what perks your gain or lose, if any.  RCCL or your travel agent will be able to tell you this information.

If you purchased it separately through your Cruise Planner, then it's yours.

BTW, if you purchased your beverage package (or anything else) via Cruise Planner, you might want to check the prices often in case the beverage package is lowered.   Just go into your account and look at your upcoming cruise(s).  Under "Plan my Cruise" it will take you to the Cruise Planner and you can see what the beverage package is priced at today.   If it's lower, rebook to get the new lower price and cancel the previously booked package.   Your cruise is quite a ways out so the pricing will probably change frequently, especially when it gets closer to cruise time.
