Are Wipeout Bar and Wipeout Cafe the same thing?

Nope. No dinner, but they do breakfast. Hours most days on Symphony were 8:00 to 10:00 and then 12:00 to 5:45. In Cozumel the hours were 7:30 to 9:30 for breakfast but unchanged for lunch and in CocoCay the hours were 1:30 to 5:45 for lunch but unchanged for breakfast.

I think it may vary by ship. On the RC site it says El Loco Fresh will be lunch and dinner on the amped Oasis. Which answers my question about whether it will replace Wipeout cafe as a made-to-order-eggs breakfast destination. ☹️

Interesting - even doing breakfast on Symphony it wasn't made-to-order eggs - those were in Windjammer.

Perhaps since they have made-to-order eggs in WJ, they feel that is no longer needed in the aft pool venue.

I knew it (soft serve machine) was in the neighborhood, somewhere.  On the Ovation it was way forward on the pool deck and not nearly so convenient for me to the flowrider.
