Scootaround in Port Canaveral

They emailed me that they now have a kiosk at the terminal and i could pick my scooter up there for our cruise in dec...will see if it streamlines checkin...im a little concerned about the debark and hope i can follow the wheelchair users off...american changed our flight time so we will have to be part of the rush...

It looks like you will be on Carnival.  We have cruised with DH's personal scooter, so we have experienced the massive lines at debarkation.  Just head to the atrium when it is time for you to debark.  The employees working the debarkation area have always been very aware of the needs of debarking with a scooter and very helpful.  Just go with the flow and don't stress over it.  If you have an early flight, be sure to go to GS and let them know so that you can get a lower debarkation number. 

 

Pro Tip:  Get to whatever floor you need to be on early, as the elevators get filled with people carrying off their own luggage and you can't get a scooter on.
