Has anybody recently used South Excursions in Chile and Argentina?

We are looking at a transfer from Santiago to the port in San Antonio Chile.  South Excursions is a tour company that offers not only transfers but arranges tours across South America.  Looking for some feedback.  Has anybody used them in the past couple of years?  Ratings are all over the place on T Advisor.   Any specific tours to recommend with them or avoid?  We are doing Chile to Argentina in January on Celebrity Eclipse.
