Everything was so well planned and the crew were friendly and efficient. I would particularly like to praise them for their actions in an emergency! We were transferred to the airport by bus on the last day but as we disembarked one of our fellow passengers fell backwards, leaving him with a (serious looking ) head injury . Our driver immediately contacted his base and organised an ambulance, while we kept the patient quiet. A paramedic came out of the terminal and dressed his wound. The ambulance arrived and he was stretchered off with his wife. However, we were left with their luggage and a hurried note of a home contact. Their airline had no facilities for holding the luggage and would only quote me the cost of changing the flight! I had kept the phone no for the Radiance so asked TAP to contact them. Within 15 mins we were met by two Emerald staff, exchanged what details we had and the luggage ( and responsibility for contacting family) taken off our hands.
