Please Help ! Taxi rates

Traveling to St. Thomas via RCCL on 11/13/2019 and doing a private excursion that requires us to take a taxi from Crown Bay port to Red Hook. The supposed taxi they reserved is charging $20.00 a person each way. Im looking to see what the current taxi rates are on island. Please help !

$11/pp each way... Are you sure they’re not quoting $20/pp round trip?
