Tuscan Grille Meatballs

Hi-

Am back from recent TA on Infinity. Loved their meatballs appetizer and would love to try to make it at home. Has anyone ever gotten a recipe?

Did you Google the recipe.  I will try them, thanks. I just Googled it - there is about 20 ingredients.  Best of luck.

The only way we've been able to get recipes from a ship is to ask in the restaurant and they have always supplied it.

Be aware, though, the weights and volumes will be in metric and generally will be around 20-30 servings (in a specialty restaurant, much more in the MDR).

There are plenty of recipes for "Tuscan meatballs" online but none that I could find that is Celebrity Tuscan Grille specific.

We will be on Equinox in 2 weeks and going to Tuscan.  We’ve never tried the meatballs and they sound good. Would have to know if they contain veal though, as we don’t eat veal.

It's funny - have gotten various recipes from ships, made the dish and it never tastes as I remember.  Must be something about being at sea...
