Refresh Mocktail Package, Can I Order “a Shot”?

The mr & I wouldn’t do justice to a full alcoholic drink package during our upcoming cruise.  His adult drink of choice is beer and it never seemed to be a good value with any plans we’ve purchased in the past.  I do typically purchase him a soda card. 

 

Was looking at the Refresh package, if I’m looking at it correctly,  it appears to include both fresh-squeezed OJ in the AM, bottled water, soda & mocktails...including at Coco Cay.  If so, it seems fairly priced.

 

We plan on doing at least two all inclusive beach clubs while in port, but would also like the option to enjoy a few alcoholic beverages when onboard the ship on other days, especially sea days.

 

Don’t want to ruffle any feathers, did a search here & online but no luck finding the info I need.  Is it’s permissable to order a mocktail & (pay for) a shot of whatever (rum, vodka) on the side?
