Don't recall ever seeing them on the menu ... just because he has published recipes doesn't mean all of them will be found on Oceania!

 

They do have nice crepes suzettes in Jacques on Marina and Riviera, though ... not exactly potato pancakes ...

Have never seen the potato pancakes offered. To be offered would require a change in the menu. The menu never ( hasn’t to date) changes. Therefore, it is highly unlikely you will see them on the ships unless possibly a GDR entree.
