It is built into the price... " Sail Plus costs £25 per day if the two chosen extras do not include drinks or £35 per day if drinks are included as part of the two chosen perks. " The $14 upcharge only came into effect for bookings after 10/10/19, seems strange to bring in a new way of doing it so soon, but then most things X do can be strange. If you book in the US and take the beverage package, yes. If you book over here (U.K.) and take the beverage as one of your two ‘perks’, you pay £35 pppd instead of the £25 pppd for choosing alternative perks.
