Onboard Amenity Credit - advice needed

First HAL cruise - 17 previous cruises, mostly on Princess.  After a price drop on our cruise, we've been given $300/each Onboard Amenity credits.  The email from our cruise agent said they can be used for various things like Beverage Credit, credit towards Excursions and Specialty Dining.  Looking to you HAL experts for any other things we can use the money for onboard.  Or should I just call Holland America and ask?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to Cruise Critic kcl491! Great that you are getting this nice OBC (On Board Credit).  It can be used for pretty much anything that would be normally charged to you shipboard account, except (I believe) the casino. I use mine for such items as Hotel Service Charges (gratuities), spa, gift shop purchases or ship to airport transfers.  Have fun!

You can use it in the shops, for speciality dining, excursions, for service charges,  in the spa, for drinks. . . Almost anything except the casino.
