Is there Happy Hour on the Divina if you don't purchase a drink package?

Not that I recall and I’ve sailed Divina twice without a drink package.  I will say that MSC drink prices are quite reasonable, especially compared to some of the other main stream cruise lines.

There is no happy hour per se, but there is a drink of the day that is slightly discounted, each day.

No happy hour. There were drink of the day specials, bucket of beer deals etc. We didn't have a package and never felt like we were missing out. There were several opportunities to get free drinks - Cruise Critic party, Black now Diamond party, Welcome Back party etc.
