Carnival Panorama FTTF?

So we were able to get it for our April 25 cruise. Someone said they saw it and got it. I called Carnival and asked if they can add it to my booking (6/20/20 sailing). The rep said they see it (40 available) but is unable to add it to my booking as I booked through a travel agent. She said I can go online at carnival.com to add it to my booking or to ask my travel agent to add it. Obviously, it isn't available on carnival's website. I emailed my travel agent, and he was able to add it and charged my credit card on file.
