Closest place to stay to Miami cruise terminal?

We used Priceline and got Shearton Biscayne....5 min from pier and the night before we paid $5 to take a taxii to Biscayne blv to eat and walk the shops....hotel was clean and friendly...and cheap

Burbunny of cruisecritic fame does a site called bidding for fun.com which gives you help with priceline and tells you what hotels are coming up.....you can also look under "hotel" on the boards
