Where do I check my onboard credits ?

I have some onboard credits due to me from a recent Expedia promotion for an upcoming cruise.  Where can I check to see if these credits have been deposited to my account ? I cannot find this anywhere on either Expedia or Holland America websites.

Since you booked with a TA, you won't see the credits on the HAL website.  However, I see mine on the TA confirmation so try looking at that document.  If not there, then you will have to contact your TA to get the info from them.

So what are the mechanics of using the OBC's?  DO I just charge stuff of the ship and then Expedia magically  pays for the charges? Confused if I can't see it it is hard to believe it.

Once onboard, your onboard account will show a credit (OBC).  That is, Expedia has put XX dollars credit on your account. By using your room card to charge things, they'll reduce the credit on your bill.

Once onboard you can go to passenger services and get a copy of your stateroom account.  That will(or should) list all the OBC you have.

TA provided OBC may not show up on embarkation day, best to check the next day.

Also, all ships now have the Navigator App/Webpage and your OBC can be checked there. No need to go to Guest Services.

One of the things I hate about HAL is the inability to see my onboard credits.They are part of the HAL Princess group and I can see everything on he Princess site!
