I think the ones by the bed accept type C.  The ones at the desk accept type F which is a grounded version of type C, but should accept a type C, unless the C plug has an over-sized housing.

Thanks for posting the photos.  Recent PH on Sirena was the first cruise where I didn't need an extension cord.  The suite was like new in every way.  Also loved the shower.
